Selling

Set up your company, manage catalogs, and fulfill orders.

The sell dashboard shows key metrics: active listings, total revenue, and open orders. Quick action tiles let you add new products, view order tickets, or update your company profile. Recent activity appears at the bottom.

Check the dashboard daily to keep up with new orders and messages.

A company profile is required to sell. Go to Sell > Company to add your business name, description, contact info, and opening hours. Set your terms of service and delivery availability. Keep this up to date to maintain trust.

Keep shipping prices accurate — mismatched expectations lead to disputes.

Time-based offers can be sold in two shapes. FIXED is an exact session with seats — a workshop or class at a set time. OPEN is a window in which buyers choose a start time and a whole-hour duration — a consultation or a session. Open blocks are priced per hour, and the buyer sees the total before booking.

1

Create or edit an offer

Time-based offers expose the session-style selector

2

Choose the shape

Fixed event (seats at an exact time) or Open time block (buyers pick start time and duration)

3

Set the window

For OPEN, set Open from / Open until and the whole-hour booking units

4

Buyers book

Buyers pick a date, a start time, and a duration, then see the total

Open time blocks are priced per hour — the booked total is price × hours.

If a slot is taken while the buyer is choosing, they are asked to pick another date or time.
